When Allison Hayes gets abducted by a spaceship, the aliens forgo the usual probes and just provide her with enhancements... of every part of her body. Other towns, no doubt, read about this incident in the newspaper with considerable envy: 'Oh, a beautiful and scantily clad giant woman is crushing your town? How horrible. Better stay away from that ample cleavage!' Several years later, the Woolner Brothers planned to do a bigger-budget sequel to be shot in Cinemascope and color, but while a script was written, regular-sized women ruled until Daryl Hannah's 1993 remake. This poster derives from a Reynold Brown painting, and the cult demand has made finding art on this sci-fi classic a rare gift. |

The plot surrounds Nancy Archer (Yvette Vickers) and her estranged relationship with her husband whom she suspects is cheating. There are reported sightings in the area of UFOs and late one night Nancy runs into one. The radiation from contact with the alien vessel causes her to grow to a height of 50 feet. Now “larger than life” Nancy seeks revenge on her husband because of his infidelity. Posters and film memorabilia from “Attack of the 50 Foot Woman” are amongst the most recognizable and sought after pieces in the hobby because they feature legendary design and artwork by Reynold Brown. This Insert is one of the very best posters from the film as it shows a full length image of the Nancy (the woman). This example exhibits strong, bright colors, is paperbacked.
