Octopussy (1983) is the thirteenth entry in the James Bond series. Bond is assigned the task of following a general who is stealing jewels and relics from the Soviet government. This leads him to a wealthy Afghan prince, Kamal Khan, and his associate, Octopussy. Bond uncovers a plot to force disarmament in Europe with the use of a nuclear weapon. Extremely rare compared to a US one sheet, 40 x 60’s were printed on heavy card stock. Most 40x60’s feature the same artwork as the one sheet and were issued rolled. They were primarily offered for major motion pictures only and were displayed both inside and outside of theatres. A 40x60 poster display would cost the theater up to 20 times as much as a one sheet to rent. Hard to find in such mint condition.
